Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of TuneTrip (tunetrip.app). By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What TuneTrip is
TuneTrip helps you discover live gigs and festivals, follow artists, and plan trips to shows — including flight and hotel price estimates and links to book. It's a free service, funded by affiliate commissions on some outbound ticket, hotel, and travel links.
Your account
- You sign in with a magic link or a connected provider. Keep access to your email secure — anyone with it can access your account.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account and for the content you add (trip names, favourites, and so on).
- You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service — no scraping or automated bulk access beyond normal use, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, no illegal activity, and nothing abusive toward other users on shared trips. We may suspend accounts that do.
Gig, price & travel information
Gig listings, ticket on-sale times, availability, and flight/hotel prices come from third-party sources and change constantly. We show them for convenience and can't guarantee they're accurate, complete, or current. Always confirm details — dates, prices, and availability — on the official ticket, airline, or hotel site before you book or travel. Bookings and payments happen on those third-party sites, under their terms, not ours.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you book through them — at no extra cost to you. This never changes the prices you see or the order we'd otherwise show results in.
Your data
Our handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
No warranty & liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, TuneTrip isn't liable for losses arising from your use of the app or reliance on the information it shows — including missed events, booking errors, or third-party pricing. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. We'll update the date above; significant changes will be highlighted in the app. Continuing to use TuneTrip after a change means you accept the updated terms.
